Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and storage
• OpenAI: AI chat feature processing
• Apple / Google: Sign-in services
• RevenueCat: Subscription management

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mindroo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Mindroo provides a mental wellness application offering guided mindfulness, mood tracking, journaling, AI chat, and relaxation features. The app is intended for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Not a Medical Service
Mindroo is a wellness tool, not a healthcare provider. The content within the app is for informational and wellness purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please contact a qualified health professional or emergency services immediately.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Mindroo offers a free trial period followed by a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee to your chosen payment method via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Use automated means to access or scrape app content
• Submit false or misleading information
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and functionality within Mindroo is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindroo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mindroo at any time if you breach these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
